Hello?

As I was on my way to school this afternoon, I received a call from an unknown 405 number - I answered thinking it was a trainee. The person on the other end said, "is this Starbucks?" I said "no." She responded, "Oh, I wasn't sure if my friend gave me the right number." Don't you think she would have been able to figure out it was not, in fact, Starbucks when I answered the phone "Hello?" Just a thought...
