Employee DOES NOT EQUAL Visitor

We have a few parking spots at work which are clearly designated VISITOR PARKING. They have a sign and everything. As such, employees are not permitted to park there. It's kind of a faux pas... Much like a non-handicapped person parking in a designated Handicapped parking space. That said, there is a trainee in my last class who frequently parks there - even after we've repeatedly told them this is unacceptable. His excuse is that he does not want to be late, so he just parks there. Well, on my way out of the building on Friday, I saw his car parked there, snapped this photo, then promptly turned him into security. I hope they towed his car.
