This placard was posted in the lavatory on a Cathay Pacific 777. Being diabetic, I usually just carry my stuff around with me and then dispose of them once I get home. Never thought about trying to dispose of one on a plane. That would be easier, though - maybe reduce some harassment by security guards - like those at HKIA!

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
This placard was posted in the lavatory on a Cathay Pacific 777. Being diabetic, I usually just carry my stuff around with me and then dispose of them once I get home.
